The house is situated in Kifisia. Our office was assigned to complete the interior, exterior and landscape design of an existing four-storey-high single family residence.  

 

The concept takes advantage of the existing elements and elevates their quality. In all rooms the space becomes as open as possible to maximize their small plan. Emphasis is given to the placement of the swimming pool and the overlooking views from each significant space. Details become as important as the house in its entirety.
