Staggered House| Neoclassic House Renovation | Exarheia, Athens, 180 sqm,  2014 |

 

The house is located in the downtown are of Athens, Exarheia. The concept was focused to transform an old house into a modern single-family residence while maintaining its character. All the old and new materials used remained at their natural form. The stone walls were completely uncovered from plaster. Small loft spaces take advantage of the house's large interior height. Skylights bring natural light into the house through the exposed wooden roof.
